Premises Officer - Weekend

3 hours Saturday & 3 hours Sunday 

Morning and evening (further discussion at interview)

•Carry out key holder duties. Lock and unlock Astroturf facility and school buildings where necessary and other areas.

• Check and inspect the facility and secure the site before the first and following last hire and one inspection during the day. Timings to be discussed.

• Carry out routine checks of the new astroturf facility and report or escalate any issues to appropriate person.

• Check premises and facilities for cleanliness and undertake light cleaning duties in changing room and toilet area.

• Operate basic plant and equipment (boilers, lighting, water) if required.

• Carry out grounds maintenance tasks such as leaf clearing, litter picking and maintaining hard paved area leading to astroturf. Treat pathways and steps with salt, grit and sand when required.
