Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Acquire new high-net-worth (HNI) and affluent customers for the bank.
  • Generate leads through direct sourcing, references, cold calls, and market networking.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with premier clients to ensure portfolio growth.
  • Cross-sell banking products such as CASA, term deposits, insurance, mutual funds, and loans.
  • Ensure onboarding of customers with complete documentation and KYC compliance.
  • Meet monthly acquisition targets and revenue objectives.
  • Work closely with branch teams, product teams, and operations for smooth account activation.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance client experience and loyalty.
  • Track market trends, competitor offerings, and provide insights for business growth.
