Job Description
Shift: 5:30 AM-5:30 PM
Hourly Rate: $29.33 an hour
Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will conduct predictive maintenance testing and analysis on equipment to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations while maintaining food safety and quality standards in a manufacturing environment.
**A Taste of Your Responsibilities**
+ Conduct ultrasonic testing of equipment to identify potential issues before failure
+ Perform thermography testing to monitor equipment temperatures and detect abnormalities
+ Complete oil analysis to support preventative maintenance strategies
+ Assist contractors with vibration and annual thermography analysis activities
+ Train maintenance technicians on sheave alignment, laser alignment, belt tensioning, and proper use of tools and gauges
+ Create detailed reports from predictive testing results and initiate corrective work orders
