A well-established construction firm is hiring a Preconstruction Manager to lead Special Projects, with a focus on tenant improvements, renovations, energy retrofits, and building envelope renewals.

This role sits on the preconstruction side of the business and reports to the Director of Estimating. It’s ideal for someone who thrives in early-stage project planning, enjoys working with existing buildings, and is strong at identifying risks and solutions before construction begins.

 

The Opportunity
