A well-established construction firm is hiring a Preconstruction Manager to lead Special Projects, with a focus on tenant improvements, renovations, energy retrofits, and building envelope renewals .

This role sits on the preconstruction side of the business and reports to the Director of Estimating. It’s ideal for someone who thrives in early-stage project planning, enjoys working with existing buildings, and is strong at identifying risks and solutions before construction begins.
