Salary Range: $70K - $85K Permanent Position with Benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Lead preconstruction services including estimating, budgeting, design coordination, and bidding

  • Review project scope, materials, schedules, and responsibilities

  • Develop value engineering solutions and proposal alternatives

  • Prepare and present conceptual estimates

  • Coordinate with owners, architects, consultants, vendors, and internal departments
