Broughton Group in Chalgrove is looking for assembly workers to join our team assembling rockets. This role involves reading assembly diagrams and using hand tools to ensure precision in building small, high-quality components.

We offer a clean working environment and opportunities for overtime. After 6 months of training, you'll transition to a 4-on-4-off shift pattern, working from 7:00 am to 4:30 pm, focusing on quality over quantity.
