Pre-Weigh Technician - 2nd shift

As Pre-Weigh Technician, you will focus on pre-weighing the ingredients needed for daily formulas and batches. Larger ingredients are added through bulk systems, but this position prepares the smaller, precise weights so the cooks can focus on blending and cooking. You will measure ingredients such as spices, flavors, and specialty items according to exact specifications and stage them for production.
