Pre-sales Technician

We're looking for highly motivated professionals with great communication skills and previous experience in the fields of internet or communications.

Functions

• Support the sales department. Analyzing and detecting the customer's technical needs.
• Plan and execute a technical study of the products offered by SW Hosting.
• Offer technical support to sales agents during project presentations, sales presentations and conference calls with customers.
• Advise the custmore during the sales and subsequent service configuration process.
• Define, coordinate and supervise customer migration processes.
• Collaborate with the product department in the development and lauch of new products.

Requirements

• Previous experience of at least 1 year. Previous positions in a similar industry or company will be valued.
