Job Description

The Server/Storage Design Engineer provides pre‑sales technical support and architectural guidance for server, storage, and networking solutions. The role assists sales teams and resellers by delivering expert consultation, solution design, and technical validation.

Functional / Technical Responsibilities

• Recommend server, storage, and networking architectures based on customer requirements.
• Use manufacturer configuration and sizing tools to build accurate, compatible server/storage BOMs.
• Address pre‑sales technical inquiries using vendor/manufacturer documentation.
• Provide equivalent or comparable parts based on technical specifications.
• Explain key features, advantages, and differentiators of server/storage technologies.
• Deliver product comparisons across brands and competing solutions.
