Pre Sales Technical Support

Job Description: The Desktop & Client Design Engineer provides pre‑sales technical support, solution design, and product validation for desktop, laptop, workstation, thin client, and printer solutions. The role supports sales teams and reseller partners through email, phone, and other communication channels.

Functional / Technical Responsibilities:

• Consult with customers to recommend desktop, laptop, workstation, thin client, and printer solutions.
• Use manufacturer configuration tools to validate complete, compatible parts lists.
• Provide guidance and answers to pre‑sales product inquiries based on vendor/manufacturer information.
• Identify exact or closest comparable products based on descriptions and specifications.
• Explain product features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
• Provide side‑by‑side comparisons with competing brands or models.
