Pre-Sales Technical Support Engineer

Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and technically strong Pre-Sales Technical Support Engineer to support our sales organization by delivering best‑in‑class network and security solutions to customers. In this role, you will act as a trusted technical advisor—working closely with sales teams and customers to understand business and technical requirements, design secure architectures, and demonstrate value through compelling technical presentations and product demonstrations.

The ideal candidate has solid experience in network security and cybersecurity solutions, with hands-on or working knowledge of platforms such as Palo Alto Networks, Fortinet, and Splunk. Experience across multiple vendors is highly valued.
