Job Description

Key Responsibilities-

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from assigned databases, campaigns, and lead sources.

- Understand customer requirements and identify qualified sales opportunities.

- Explain HomeLane’s products, services, and design solutions to create customer interest. --

- Schedule appointments and showroom/site visits for the sales team. Follow up with leads through calls, emails, and WhatsApp communication.

- Maintain accurate and updated records of customer interactions in the CRM system.

- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation and appointment targets.

- Coordinate closely with the sales and design teams to ensure smooth lead handover and customer conversion.

- Build and maintain positive customer relationships through professional communication.

-Handle customer queries and provide basic information regarding pricing, process, and services.
