Pre Sales assistant

Job Qualifications:

Graduate of BS in Customs Administration, Supply Chain, and Logistics, or any related degree.

Proven work experience as an Operations Assistant in Freight Forwarding with at least 1- 2 years. (working experience in a multinational freight forwarder).

Knowledgeable in IMPORT and EXPORT and/or using E2M.

Know how to make ads on Canva, Capcut, Powerpoint etc.

Proficient in MS Office applications.

Excellent on english written and verbal communication skills.

Strong Organizational Skills and keen on details.

Comprehensive understanding of customer requirements.

Can work with minimal supervision.

Willing to work ASAP in the Manila Area

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs

• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, Emails, networking and social media
