Job summary
We are currently recruiting Pre-Registration Pharmacy Technicians to work at the Alexandra Hospital in Redditch and Worcester Royal Hospitals. We are looking for 4 individuals with an aspiration to provide patient care by ensuring that our patients get the right medicine at the right time. These full time posts will start in October 2026. The role will involve working in an acute hospital setting within multi-disciplinary teams. You will have the opportunity to complete a 2-year, day release college course to gain a Level 3 Diploma in the Principles and Practice for Pharmacy Technicians. You will gain experience in all aspects of pharmacy services including ward based pharmacy where you will be interviewing patients about their medications on admission, work as part of the multidisciplinary team to ensure all medications are available for the patient, including the provision of discharge medication.
