  • Performs administrative, and technical functions in overseeing the utility requirements of project development.
  • Ensure alignment of requirements to support and facilitate project utility needs.
  • Coordinates with relevant bureaus and government agencies regarding utility requirements for SMDC Developments.


JOB DESCRIPTION

The following responsibilities must be carried out:

  • Assist in facilitating communication between utility providers and the Project Development Team and Engineering Team to support smooth operations.
  • Serve as a point of contact for meetings, maintain communication records, and support the resolution of communication issues.
