Role Summary

The Pre-Opening Manager leads end-to-end pre-opening planning and execution for new OXO Hospitality Management hospitality projects. This role coordinates timelines, stakeholders, budgets, vendors, hiring, training, and operational setup to ensure the property is fully ready for launch and delivers a consistent guest experience from day one.
