Head of Pre-Primary (Product Owner – Pre-Nursery to K2)
Location: Bangalore (with frequent travel to branches)
Reports to: Chief Academic Officer (CAO)
Grades Covered: Pre-Nursery, Nursery, K1, K2
Role Summary
We are looking for a mission-driven leader to own the Pre-Primary program across 90+ Orchids International Schools. This is a product manager role—you are responsible for delivering an outstanding early childhood learning experience. From academic delivery to infra upgrades, parent delight to dropout prevention, this role balances strategic thinking with daily operational problem-solving. You will work cross-functionally and in close partnership with Coordinators and Principals to ensure ground-level implementation excellence and responsive change.
