  • Collaboration & Coordination with stakeholders (e.g. planners & projects)

  • Site visits

  • Small team meetings

  • Ad hoc requests

  • Evaluation / Feedback

  • Responsible for onboarding and Buddy program

  • P&C tasks

  • Merit process

  • Safety walks

  • Training forecast
