The core functions of our TA Operations organization include: tool support, training, resource management, interview scheduling, offer generation, background check processing, and pre-hire support.
**Responsibilities**:
- Generating offers and employment agreements via Workday, within established SLAs, ensuring all offer details are incorporated as provided by the Recruiter
- Evangelizing our value of care to incoming Zoomies by answering questions and providing technical and general support throughout the pre-boarding process
