The business delivers major earthworks, enabling works, remediation, infrastructure and ground-engineering packages across the UK. Role Overview You will lead the technical and engineering function at pre-construction stage , ensuring tenders, methodologies and buildability solutions are robust, competitive and aligned with best practice. Working closely with estimating, planning and engineering teams, you will shape early-stage project strategy on major civils and enabling schemes.
