Pre Construction Manager

An established HVAC contractor is looking for a Pre-Construction Manager to join their Sydney team.

This is a newly created role due to continued growth across design and construct projects, with the business looking to bring more design coordination and pre-construction capability in-house as they currently outsource to consultants. 

This role would suit someone from a strong HVAC design management, project management or engineering background who enjoys being involved early in the project lifecycle. You will sit between estimating, design, technical, client-facing and project delivery teams, ensuring projects are properly understood, planned, coordinated and set up for success before moving into delivery.
