A leading main contractor, based in Newry, is seeking an experienced andmercially focused Pre-Construction Manager to lead and coordinate all pre-construction activities across a diverse portfolio of projects. This is a key leadership role responsible for managing the bid, design development, estimating, and technical review processes to ensure projects are successfully transitioned from concept and tender stage through to construction delivery.The successful candidate will work closely with clients, consultants, design teams, estimators,mercial teams, and operational staff to develop robust project strategies, deliverpetitive tenders, and support the successful mobilisation of projects.
