Pre-Construction Manager. Location: Based from either our Walsall, Warrington, or Trafford office. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pre-Construction Manager to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will lead all aspects of the pre-construction phase, ensuring projects are set up for success from day one. Experience in planned works is essential, along with a proven background in refurbishment, retrofit, and high-rise residential schemes.

Technical & Industry Expertise

We’re looking for someone with strong technical capability, including:

• In-depth knowledge of fire safety regulations:
• Building Safety Act 2022
• Approved Document B
• PAS 9980
• BS 8414
• Experience in design coordination and value engineering during pre-construction.
