Pre‑Construction Manager

In this pivotal role, you will lead all aspects of the pre‑construction phase, ensuring projects are set up for success from day one. Experience in planned works is essential, with a proven background in refurbishment, retrofit, and high‑rise residential schemes.

Technical & Industry Expertise

We’re looking for someone with strong technical capability, including:

• In‑depth knowledge of fire safety regulations
  • Building Safety Act 2022
  • Approved Document B
  • PAS 9980
  • BS 8414
• Experience in design coordination and value engineering during pre‑construction.
• Strong ability to interpret, critique, and challenge architectural and engineering drawings.
