This position reports to the Business Intelligence department and is responsible to maintain all recurring reporting and analytics necessary for Pre-Arrival operations. Responsibilities also include the delivery of ad-hoc reporting, including the extraction, design, development, testing, and documentation of the data. This position will be required to present results and recommendations to management and clients in a timely, consistent, and accurate manner. The analyst will work closely with senior analysts and management to learn reporting processes, understand business needs, and develop analytical skills over time.
