Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 7 Practitioner Psychologist (Clinical or Counselling Psychologist) to join the Paediatric Haemoglobin Disorders Psychology Service on a 0.5 WTE fixedterm basis.

This is a stimulating and wellsupported role, particularly suited to newly qualified psychologists who are looking to develop their skills in:
  • Working with children and young people
  • Psychological care in the context of physical and longterm health conditions
  • Multidisciplinary and familycentred practice

You will work as part of a friendly and highly specialist service supporting children, young people and families affected by haemoglobin disorders such as sickle cell disease and thalassaemia, within a culturally diverse population.
