Main duties of the job
As our Practice Nurse, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality, holistic care for our diverse patient community. Your day may include:
- Providing wound care, vaccinations, and treatment room services
- Supporting chronic disease management (diabetes, asthma, COPD, hypertension)
- Conducting health checks, screenings, and preventive care
- Offering patient education and lifestyle support
- Assisting GPs with clinical procedures
- Helping drive quality improvement and best practice within the clinic
