Job summary
We are looking for a Practice Nurses to join our busy, friendly practice. The Practice Nurse role will be to see patients for their annual chronic disease check, diabetes, asthma, hypertension etc. carry out cervical screening, give injections e.g. baby immunisations and holiday vaccinations. To carry out first dressings when necessary, and help run annual flu & Covid clinics. To be available to help our HCA's when needed. Deal with patients face to face or by telephone, and to carry out home visits for our housebound patients. You will also be required to work an improved access shift which is 6.30-8.00 pm.

Ideally you will have experience in General Practice although training will be given to successful candidate if needed. You must be flexible & reliable. The hours will be over 4 or 5 days Monday to Friday and you will be required to cover one 6.30 pm-8.00 pm per week as part of ...
