Job Description

Summary:

A leader with the ability to successfully manage daily medical practice operations, staffing, budgets and onboarding new providers and staff. Key responsibilities include staffing, managing expenses, provider credentialing, provider account management, balancing bank statements, paying vendors, inventory control, schedule management, charge submission, reporting, and troubleshooting. This person must have exertional communication and task management skills.

Requirements: High school Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's prepared healthcare professional strongly preferred. Minimum of 5 years health care or related management experience required. must be resourceful, have ability to multi-task, troubleshoot, lead and manage operations, task, onboarding of physicians and staff, budgets, and acquisitions, a start-ups, etc.
