Practice Manager

We are seeking an experienced Practice Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of our client’s newly opened specialty dental clinic in Hamilton. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day operations, including team leadership, patient experience, financial performance, and compliance.

The Practice Manager will ensure operational excellence, enhance patient satisfaction, and support coordination across multiple dental specialties, including Orthodontics, Endodontics, Periodontics, and Oral Surgery.

Reporting to the Vice President of Operations, this individual will play a key role in aligning clinic strategy with overall business objectives while fostering a collaborative, high-performing team environment.
