About the Role 
As Practice Manager, you’ll embed high quality, evidence based, practice approaches across Sunnyfield. This role leads Sunnyfield’s practice improvement initiatives and Restrictive Practices, partnering with leaders, frontline teams and service recipients (clients) to strengthen safeguarding, compliance and continuous improvement. 
You’ll work with complexity, influence across the organisation, and play a critical role in improving outcomes and experiences for people with lived experience of disability.
