Practice Leader, Risk Appetite Framework

Overview

As a practice leader for the non-financial risk appetite framework, you’re responsible for defining, overseeing and developing the risk appetite framework in line with the value chain, strategic directions and regulatory requirements. You serve as a reference expert by structuring practices, applying risk tolerance parameters to operations and ensuring alignment between strategic decision-making and the technical and modelling teams. You draw on your ability to provide sound judgment, cross-sector coordination and strategic positioning to senior management on files with a very high degree of operational and conceptual complexity.
