Responsibilities

  • Provide subject matter expertise to practitioners and coordinate/mentor a group of highly experienced professionals.
  • Lead and serve as integrator on highly innovative strategic initiatives involving multiple sectors.
  • Make recommendations on planning and execution of operationally and conceptually complex projects and initiatives that require comprehensive analysis and understanding of the organization and line of business.
  • Coordinate activities, assigning employees to projects and initiatives, ensuring that practices, processes, methodologies and tools are used properly and efficiently to achieve unit objectives.
  • Help professionals in your unit develop their skills.
  • Provide expert support and mentoring with respect to analysis, strategy development, personalized approaches and case management.
