As a Practice Lead, you will work with the leadership team of the area Software Development Microsoft & IBM, shaping and giving substance to the area.

You lead a team of Microsoft professionals by inspiring and facilitating them. This way you take responsibility and deliver value to clients and your practice of approximately 10-25 employees. You undertake and inspire from the content and thus build an economically healthy practice with your team. By developing solutions using Microsoft technology, you and the team ensure that we can help clients accelerate even better. Customer focus, enthusiasm, creativity and entrepreneurship are therefore crucial qualities.

As Practice Lead you are responsible for the growth and development of your practice and therefore for attracting both talented and experienced MCPs (Microsoft Certified Professionals) from the Microsoft Community. For them you are a...
