Practice Lead – Microsoft

The Practice Lead for Microsoft is responsible for defining, scaling, and governing the Microsoft
practice across the organization. This role owns the end-to-end Microsoft capability—from
strategy and architecture through delivery and optimization—ensuring the platform delivers
measurable business value across sales, service, marketing, and digital engagement functions.
Key Responsibilities
Practice Strategy & Leadership
Define and execute the Microsoft practice strategy, roadmap, and operating model
aligned with enterprise and client priorities.
Position Microsoft as a core customer and engagement platform, supporting revenue
growth, service excellence, and digital transformation.
Establish platform standards, architectural principles, and delivery best practices across
all Microsoft clouds.
