Practice Lead – Microsoft

The Practice Lead for Microsoft is responsible for defining, scaling, and governing the Microsoft

practice across the organization. This role owns the end-to-end Microsoft capability—from

strategy and architecture through delivery and optimization—ensuring the platform delivers

measurable business value across sales, service, marketing, and digital engagement functions.

Practice Strategy & Leadership

• Define and execute the Microsoft practice strategy, roadmap, and operating model
• aligned with enterprise and client priorities.
• Position Microsoft as a core customer and engagement platform, supporting revenue
• growth, service excellence, and digital transformation.
• Establish platform standards, architectural principles, and delivery best practices across
