Role Overview

NewVision's Data Practice is an established and growing capability, delivering large-scale data engineering

and data platform solutions for global enterprise clients.

We are looking for a Head – Data Practice who can scale and strengthen this practice — improve execution,

bring consistency in delivery, support sales with strong solutioning, and guide teams working on complex,

enterprise-scale data platforms.

This is a senior leadership role for someone who is comfortable taking ownership of outcomes — including

revenue, margins, delivery quality, and team performance — and who can operate confidently in clientfacing,

high-stakes environments.
