Job Description

• Lead the UI Practice (Web & Mobility) team and accountable for the revenue, growth and functioning of the entire team comprising of Architects, Technical Leads and Engineers
• Define the UI team KPIs and objectives that align with organizational objectives
• Effective management of a high performing UI team. Deliver solutions that align with the long-term UI/UX strategy
• Design, architect and implement next-generation web and mobile application architectures and automation solutions. Adherence with best practices and principles for the solutions delivered.
• Own and lead initiatives to define, design and implement web and mobile solutions which include reference architectures, estimates and costing
• Provide technical leadership, project guidance and business development in various UI area
