  • Develop COEs for trending Technical areas and seed the core team
  • Develop POCs of the emerging concepts and prepare GTM for newer areas of services
  • Incubate and develop competency on emerging technologies and nurture project management practices
  • To manage investment, practice operations enabling SDU to catchup on technology
  • To focus on relationship management with the concerned stakeholders and provide the necessary synergy
  • Works closely with other technical advisors/ CTO/ CIO in customer organizations and external vendors as required to manage cross-functional prioritization, execution, issue/risk identification, and resolution
  • To develop strategy for Practice and drive implementation.
