Key Responsibilities

Delivery & Account Leadership

  • Ensure on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery across implementations, rollouts, and AMS engagements.
  • Establish strong delivery governance, cadence, and controls to proactively manage risks related to schedule, cost, quality, and scope.

Client & Stakeholder Management

  • Manage and strengthen C-level customer relationships.
  • Understand client vision, business priorities, and transformation roadmaps.
  • Partner with client stakeholders and Wipro client partners to co-create winning solutions.
  • Act as an executive escalation point for delivery and relationship management.
