UPMC Penn Plum Family Medicine is hiring a full-time Practice Coordinator to join their team! This position is mainly based out of 7175 Saltsburg Road but may require travel to the 100 Delafield Road location in Aspinwall when needed for coverage. This is a Monday through Friday daylight position. This role will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Penn Plum Family Medicine clinic. This practice has 7 physicians and 13 staff members. This role will be in charge of employee performance, hiring, operational efficiency, and workflow improvement.
Experience in billing and referrals is preferred.
Purpose:
Coordinate and supervise the processes in both the centralized and decentralized practice sites for: registration, scheduling, coding, charge and cash posting. Complete financial analysis, projects, evaluations and needs assessments of operational policies and procedures, practices, and computer systems.
