About The Role As our Practice and Systems Lead, you will play a key part in shaping how the systems we use support frontline work with children and families. You will use your practice experience, knowledge and enthusiasm to ensure our systems, processes and tools make sense for practice, improve consistency, and support better outcomes. This is a unique opportunity to influence how practice and systems work together across the Trust, ensuring that our processes and systems genuinely support good social work and better outcomes for children and families.
