Practice Administrator

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced
Practice Administrator / Director of Operations
to provide strong leadership and oversight for a growing
two-location Sleep Medicine practice
. This role is responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, exceptional patient experience, financial performance, staff development, and compliance across both locations.

You will manage both clinical and administrative teams, oversee operational systems, monitor performance metrics, and lead continuous improvement initiatives. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires a balance of strategic thinking and day-to-day execution. The physician owner will work closely with you and support you in all aspects of the practice.
