Job Description

• Reviews, processes, and executes weekly mill and warehouse order requests, ensuring supply, and following through until delivery to ensure timeliness, and accuracy.
• Create and administers contract purchase orders from bookings made by buyer.
• Reviews, processes, and executes daily formulation requests, ensuring accuracy, legality, and our ability to manufacture as formulated.
• Handles inbound trucking and ingredient issues as needed.
• Data, document and information processing
  • Receives, classifies, consolidates, and/or summarizes documents and information.
  • Processes data and information in various systems / databases according to the relevant work instructions.
  • Processes invoices, expense statements and other financial documents.
