Overview

We are looking for a Finnish-speaking practical nurse for an hourly position in Viitasaari.

Responsibilities

• Provide home care services to support clients living at home, enabling independent living according to individual needs.
• Assist with daily activities, including medical and medication management, health promotion, personal hygiene, and nutrition.
• Provide rehabilitative care to maintain functional capacity.
• Listen to clients and their loved ones, document care, and collaborate with the care team.
• Work with a team leader and a close-knit, supportive team to plan and deliver care.

Qualifications

• Practical nurse qualification.
• Vaccination protection according to section 48 of the Infectious Diseases Act; current theoretical studies in medication management (or willingness to complete with us).
