Join our dedicated team as a Registered Practical Nurse, ensuring excellent care in a long-term care setting. You'll handle medication, resident assessments, and support therapeutic activities.
As a Registered Practical Nurse, you will report to the Director of Care and indirectly to the ADOC. Your role includes managing medications, assessing physical and emotional changes in residents, and helping with daily meal services. Supervisory responsibilities will arise in the absence of management, ensuring care quality and compliance with safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer and document medications for residents
• Monitor and report on residents' health changes
• Supervise nursing aides during shifts
• Participate in resident activities and ensure safety
• Uphold confidentiality and care standards
