Job Description

The practical nurse in the resource pool is responsible for covering sudden absences in the home care areas. The work is mobile, and the work location may change almost daily. Practical nurses in the resource pool work in different home care areas and, if necessary, also in remote home care, work organization, and home rehabilitation and discharge teams. As an employee, you have the opportunity to influence your own shifts. In the fall, the night care in the resource pool will expand to include emergency assistance alerts, so experience in similar work is considered an advantage. We offer orientation for various work tasks at different workstations.
