What You Will Do

• Onboard supplier, to ensure the qualification of parts in the transition from initial delivery through rate production.
• Develop Work Transfer project plans, schedule, and lead cadence meetings for projects ensuring buy-in from product stakeholders including customers and suppliers.
• Make appropriate adjustments to ensure adherence to the established project plan and schedule.
• Consolidate and present progress reports relating to business aspects of the project to many levels of leadership.
• Regularly interact and interface with internal customers such as Value Stream Leaders to ensure coordination and integration with the applicable program demand schedule, understanding end customer uses and expectations/requirements.
• Ensure milestone deliverables to the Gated Work Transfer process, such as FAI, production test, drawing review, supplier risk assessments, and supplier contracts are completed to successfully ...
