  • Manage restaurant daily operations
  • Comunicate with customer
  • Responsible for bringing in higher sales to the restaurant
  • Ensure that all service staff are achieving high service standards
  • Ensuring that all guest receive prompt, friendly and efficient service
  • Responsible for guest service and be knowledgeable of the restaurant's menu
  • Responsible for staff training
  • Able to work on public holidays and weekends
